To become AS9120:B and ISO 9001:2015 certified, Gem Craft underwent an evaluation process that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, all of which work to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformance to the aerospace and quality management standards.
 
To certify an organization according to these most recent aerospace and quality management system standards, one needs to demonstrate clearly that processes in the organization are being improved continuously, that potential risks are being countered and that communication with the stakeholders gets more emphasis.
